Nadar Saraswathi Primary School

This School was started on 1919 in the place of Thevaram Jameendar, next in Periyakulam road, then it is shifted to Edamal street by buying a own place by constructing the Compound wall. Due to the continuous increase in strength of the students, new class rooms were constructed near to Theni Nadar Saraswathi Higher Secondary School in the year of 1985 By the selfless service of TMHNU Management members, Continuous support of the people, guidance of educational officers, charity of teachers and by the Eager of the Students, this school has growed to a grand success with the strength of 3817 students and 94 teachers..

MEDICAL CAMP
Every year Medical health camp is conducted with the help of Government Medical Health Department. The vaccine is given to the students of std I and V in regular intervals.. Deworming Tablets are given to improve the immunity of the students. To prevent the dengu fever Nilavembu kasayam is given once in every two months.

    CARNIVALS
    Regularly school students, teachers and the reputed management celebrate every year national festivals, Educational development day (July15), Children's day, annual and sports meet. It is also noteworthy that the school conducts Science Exhibition and Literary association activities. The students of our school participate the special government programme PBL (Project Based Learning) and used to win many prizes at district level. It is special to mention that the students got many first prizes in Tamilaga Kalai Thiruvizha.
